Imposter Syndrome
Overcoming Self-Doubt/Societal Standards and Fully Embodying Your Power and Purpose
How much of what you do is based off of what you were taught as a child or off of what society has categorized as normal or unnormal? How much of what you don't do is based on fear that you will not measure up to those old teachings or fit in the category of "Societal Norm?" The answer to these two questions often create what is known as Imposter Syndrome. Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their skills, talents, or accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud," if they fully embody their own needs and desires and those needs and desires differ from the accepted characteristics they are surrounded by. Let's dive deep and identify where our beliefs come from, which ones no longer serve us, and develop a new awareness of self, power and purpose with the courage to create more fulfilling lives.
